RASPBERRY CUPCAKES

Ingredients

- All-Purpose Flour - Raspberries - Unsalted Butter - Granulated Sugar - Vanilla Extract

Place the dry ingredients - all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in the bowl of a stand mixer.

Step 1

Add the butter and the remaining sour cream. Beat on medium speed until the cupcake batter is creamy. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl with a rubber spatula

Step 2

Add the egg mixture in two batches beating after each addition until the eggs are incorporated.

Step 3

Pulse the raspberries a few times until the raspberries are broken up into the individual drupelets.

SteP 4

Add the frozen raspberries to the cupcake batter.  Gently fold the raspberries into the batter until the berries are distributed throughout the batter.

Step 5
