- Passion Fruit Curd - All-Purpose Flour - Sugar - Coconut - Salt
Place the flour, sugar, shredded coconut, and salt in a medium-sized bowl and whisk to combine.
Add the hot melted butter and stir together with a silicone spatula until no white bits of flour remain.
Pressing it into the pan and making sure the bottom and sides are even thickness will take a few minutes.
