Ingredients

- Granulated Sugar - Vanilla Bean - All-Purpose Flour - Unsalted Butter - Pure Vanilla Extract

In a small bowl whisk together the eggs, the vanilla extract, and part of the sour cream. Line the muffin pan with paper liners.

Step 1

Place the dry ingredients - all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in the bowl of a stand mixer. With the paddle attachment mix the dry ingredients on low speed.

Step 2

Add the butter and the remaining sour cream and mix on medium speed just until the cupcake batter is creamy about 1 minute. 

Step 3

Add the egg mixture in two batches beating after each addition until the eggs are incorporated.
