- All-purpose flour - Light brown sugar - Granulated sugar - Cinnamon - Kosher salt - Apples
Start by making the cinnamon streusel topping. The topping can be made up to 30 days in advance and stored in the refrigerator until it is ready to use.
Place the granulated sugar in a bowl. zest the orange into the sugar and rub the zest into the sugar with your fingers.
Chop the apples and then mix them with a 1/4 cup of the all-purpose flour.
Combine the remaining dry ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and whisk for 30 seconds.
